Terms of Service
Effective July 19, 2026
What ACOB is
ACOB is a recommendation tool: you swipe on dishes, and we run a tournament to hand you one restaurant. By using ACOB you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Restaurant information
Dish names, prices, hours, distances, and availability are compiled from public sources and our own visits, and they change without notice. We work to keep them fresh, but we can't guarantee a listed dish is on tonight's menu or a listed price is today's price. Confirm anything critical with the restaurant.
ACOB is independent. Restaurant names and marks belong to their owners; listing a restaurant does not imply the restaurant endorses ACOB, or that we endorse it — and no restaurant can pay to influence your results.
Your part
Use ACOB for picking food, not for anything unlawful.
Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to manipulate the service (including its tournament logic).
If you register, give us accurate information — it's just a name and an email.
You must be at least 13 to use ACOB.
Partner offers
Some restaurants may offer incentives (like a free dessert) to ACOB users. Those offers are made and honored by the restaurant, not by us; we're not a party to your transaction with any restaurant. Offers can end or change at any time.
No warranty; limitation of liability
ACOB is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for anything a restaurant does or serves. Our total liability for any claim relating to ACOB is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater (you currently pay us nothing).
Changes & termination
We can change or discontinue features at any time, and may update these terms; material changes get a note in the app and a new effective date. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
